one week left of shoot for the year, and FPU will take a small break over xmas. but a small break doesnt mean a holiday. it means we effectively have three weeks of pre production for what will be the biggest scenes and sets for the movie to be shot in jan 2008.
the past week we completed all the wrestling scenes for the movie. shot over the space of 5 days in a warehouse in the eastern suburbs of melbourne, we survived insane heat on sunday, a flood on monday, actor illness on tuesday, an overheated and overused smoke machine on wednesday and a very sore neck/head on one of the actors after a very bad landing attempting a 360 flip on thursday.
the shots look great, the crew did wonders, the cast survived with their share of bruises and the film is going to look kick ass.
